 How much web space will I need?
This will depend on the number of pages, images and other files on your website. For example, our Bronze hosting package includes 50 MB of web space, which is enough for over 3,412 15KB web pages! However, should you reach the limits of your account's web space or bandwidth, you can upgrade at any time.

 What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit?
The bandwidth limits we provide have so far proved ample for our existing customers. However you can monitor bandwidth usage yourself from within the control panel. Should you exceed your allowance you will also be notified immediately so that you can arrange with us to extend your limit.

 Why don't you offer unlimited bandwidth?
With us you get what you pay for. Many companies quote "unlimited" or "un-metered" bandwidth, but in the small print you will find that they have the right to remove your site without warning if you are using too much bandwidth. They are simply putting a limit on the site but will not telling you what it is!

 My ISP already gives me web space. Why should I pay for web hosting?

No, we don't provide Windows based hosting at this time.

 Do your hosting plans include domain name registration?
No, to keep our prices as low as we can our hosting packages do not include domain name registration. However we can register domain names on your behalf at very competitive prices.

 Is my credit card information safe with you?
As we currently only accept online payments via Paypal, therefore we don't store your credit card information on our system. However we can assure you that Paypal is keeping your credit card information secure.

 Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for cause on our hosting plans. Cause is any demonstrated failure on our part to deliver the services purchased. If you can provide us with a reason why we failed to provide the services you purchased from us we will be more than happy to give you a refund.

Accounts are usually activated within 24 hours or after confirmation of payment.
